1Bot Terms of Service
1Bot is an independently run Discord bot which is not affiliated with Discord or any other company.
By using 1Bot, i.e., by using any of its commands or features via Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This applies to all users of 1Bot.
These Terms are an extension of 1Bot's License
1Bot is licensed under the GNU AGPL v3 License. Please read the license to understand your rights and obligations when using 1Bot and its source code.
We may use your feedback and inputs to improve 1Bot
If you choose to provide us with feedback about 1Bot in any form (including but not limited to sending a suggestion via Discord, opening pull requests or issues on GitHub), you grant us permission to use your input to improve 1Bot without any payment to you.
We make use of open-source software to develop 1Bot
1Bot itself is open-source on GitHub and is licensed under the GNU AGPL v3 License. We retain all intellectual property rights in 1Bot. To build the bot, we incorporate and make use of third-party software and services.
We are not responsible for content that comes from or is created by third parties
1Bot provides content from various third-party sources. We have no control over said sources and cannot guarantee that the content is accurate, up-to-date, complete, unharmful or appropriate. We also cannot guarantee how any data that may be sent to a third party is used by them.
We have limited liability
Please refer to Section 16 of the License for the details on the limitation of liability.

We reserve the right to change these Terms without notice.
